Refund Policy
1. Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
2. Non Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, or clearance sale reasons. These will be clearly marked at the time of purchase.
3. Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
6. Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. Contact our support team for exchange instructions.
